Description of services

• Transfer from International Airport N. Kazantzakis Heraklion (HER) to the competition hotels:

  Kosmos Events will take care of the transportation from the airport to the official competition hotels. Please proceed to booth 15, which is located just outside the arrivals area of the airport.

• Transfer from the competition hotels to the venue:
  • All the teams will depart from the competition hotels an hour and a half (1:30) before their games.
  • The duration of the transfer will be approximately 15 minutes.
  • Shuttle service will also be provided 3 times per day from the competition hotels to the venue
• Transfer from the competition hotels to International Airport N. Kazantzakis:

  Kosmos Events will organize your transfer from the official competition hotels to the airport based on your flights that you have provided ahead of your arrival. The vehicles will depart two hours and a half (2:30) before your flight from the reception of your hotel and the duration of the transfer will be approximately 10-15 minutes.
