Thailand team needed a third shoot-out set to bag their first two points in their first game against Uruguay at the Women’s Youth Beach Handball World Championships.

Thailand secured a six-goal in the first set (12:6) to go one set up, but Thailand dominated in the second set to make it all square.

In the shootout process,the Thais proved to be more efficient despite two missing shots byKhongsabaiand Thongthirat.
