Women’s Youth – Semi-final, Poland – Sweden 1-2

Spain was the last team to qualify to the Women’s Youth Beach Handball World Championships after their 2-1 victory over Poland, in a dramatic semi-final, which was decided in the shoot-out.

Spain were absolutely dominant in the first set, but the courageous Polish team recuperated and made it 1-1.

The last ticket was punched in the shoot-out, with Spain finally taking the victory with 6-4 and set-up the final game against the Netherlands.
